Picky eating age is the toddler or preschool years. A picky eater sometimes hides foods or gives it to a pet, or pushes food around the plate.
How can you help your child?
1.Try to prepare a dish or bowl that your child likes.
2.If you child doesn’t like vegetables, you just encourage more fruits.
3.If you go to supermarket, take your kids with you.
4.Keep meal times happy.
5.Don’t argue about dessert.
6.Encourage your child to taste new food.
